Agreement

We will not pass or sell any confidential information that you provide us with to any third party or individual.

This web site, www.turningturnip.co.uk, is owned and operated by Short Fuse Creative Ltd and is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Information

Short Fuse Creative Ltd is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, opinion or statement made on www.turningturnip.co.uk by anyone other than authorized Short Fuse Creative Ltd employees.

Services – Payments

Once we have agreed on a price for a service, we will stick to it, unless the clients brief is amended in any way. In which case, we will contact the client and discuss any possible increase in costs above the quoted amount. The amount due and preferred method of payment will be included on the invoice, once the work has been carried out. All digital imagery will initially be released in ‘sample’ form (with watermarks), until we receive full payment for the work carried out. Upon receipt of the amount quoted, we release the full version of any work carried out.

Copyright on image work

We will retain the copyright for image versions, that contain any changes made to an image, until the agreed amount has been paid by you, the customer. This doesn’t mean that we can sell or broadcast your image in any way. We will not. However, you are not permitted to broadcast, print or sell an image that we have adapted or retouched, until you have paid the full amount quoted. After this time, will we hand over full copyright to you. Failure to comply to this may result in prosecution in extreme cases.

Refusal of Project Work

We reserve the right to refuse work that we consider to be inflammatory, abusive, hateful, racist, contravening international law, politically contentious or of a sexual nature: this includes nudity, pornographic imagery and intimate contact.

Disclaimer

Short Fuse Creative Ltd does not warrant that the information will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, errors will be corrected when found.

Uploading Images and Data

Any indecent or offensive material uploaded to www.turningturnip.co.uk will be removed. We do not give refunds to people who upload such materials.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Short Fuse Creative Ltd be liable for any losses or damages as a result of using this website or the information contained within. If you are dissatisfied with this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using www.turningturnip.co.uk.
