Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase on this website. Registering and purchasing from this website automatically implies that you have read and are in agreement with these Terms and Conditions.
Important Information
License agreement
We grant you, the customer, a non-exclusive limited license to use TT Web Builder in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use.
1. Limitation of use
You can create only a single website per registered account. If you wish to create another, you must re-register and provide details specific to that build. You may not make multiple copies of any finished design and distribute them for profit or non-profit.
2. Web Build Ownership
Your website must always display acknowledgements to TT Web Builder and Turningturnip.co.uk by retaining (without modification) copyright information and links located at the bottom of each page. Our web builds are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
3. Modifying your web build
You are permitted to modify your design, but we will not assume responsibility for any loss, limitation of design or disruption to business as a consequence of your modifications.
4. Images, layouts and styles
Web build materials can be used only once per purchase. Turningturnip.co.uk retains the copyright on all such elements.
5. Uploading of website
We are not, by default, responsible for the upload of your website to your hosted space. We do offer this a service, but it is not included as part of our web build pricing.
6. Unauthorised use
You must not under any circumstances redistribute, for profit or non-profit, any product downloaded from this site without written consent from turningturnip.co.uk. If you wish to transfer this license to another party, then you must attain written consent by emailing info@turningturnip.co.uk.
7. Refund policy
We will not provide a refund once a downloaded product has been successfully decompressed. Should a download fail or the compressed file be unusable, a refund can be given. Please ensure that you have read and understood our 'Requirements' section before making a purchase. The deadline for a qualifying refund is one week after date of purchase.

You must not under any circumstances use TT Web Builder if you intend to develop a website that contains any of the following.
- Indecent, slanderous or offensive material
- Material that carries or implies illegal content
Should you choose to ignore this, you will automatically forfeit a refund and will be required to remove such materials to which you are solely responsible.
9. Legal
These Terms of Use are made within accordance of the law of England and any legal proceedings must be in the English courts. If you are situated within Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales, we will accept your local law and courts.
