The Brush Tool

The Brush tool allows you to paint soft, air-brushed lines into your image. You can, like with many other tools, change the intensity and size via the Contextual bar. There are several ways in which you can control brush diameter. One of the most popular methods used by most Photoshop professionals is via the use of the '{' and '}' to increase and decrease size. You can also control paint opacity by pressing numeric keys; 0=100%, 5=50%, 35=35%, etc.
